Three Days, Three Clocks
CoreWeave Fully Connected 2026 runs September 29 to October 1, 2026 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco. The organiser publishes a grid under three day headings: Welcome Pioneers on Tuesday, Day 1 on Wednesday, Day 2 on Thursday.
Tuesday: Registration From Noon
Guest arrival and registration runs 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunch runs 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, so lunch service and registration open in the same hour. The Welcome Reception runs 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The agenda places the reception in the Pioneer Pavilion. The connect page places it in the AI Pavilion, Expo Hall, Level 2. Both pages are the organiser's own.
A delegate clearing registration at noon has five hours before the reception opens. The lunch window closes at 1:00 PM.
Wednesday: Doors At Nine, BattleBots At 6:30
Doors open 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM under the agenda's Foyer Keynote label. The opening keynote runs 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Lunch runs 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The Demo ARENA opens at 12:30 PM in the Pioneer Pavilion and runs to 5:30 PM. Breakouts and tracks run 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the hands-on labs run the same four hours as a second stream.
The evening event runs 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The connect page names it BattleBots and places it in Hall A-F. Ninety minutes separate the 5:00 PM session close from the 6:30 PM start.
Thursday: The Concert On The Mezzanine
Doors open 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The main stage runs 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Lunch runs 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, the Demo ARENA runs 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and breakouts and labs run 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Headliner Concert closes the week from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the Mezzanine Level. Two hours separate the 5:00 PM session close from the 7:00 PM doors.

Walking In And Out
Moscone South sits in SoMa. The venue's directions page routes BART and Muni to Montgomery station for Moscone North and South, and names Caltrain at 4th and Townsend Streets. The same page states the Moscone Center has no on-site parking.
The Evening Block
Both evening blocks clear at 10:00 PM. BattleBots opens at 6:30 PM in Hall A-F and the Headliner Concert opens at 7:00 PM on the Mezzanine Level. Tuesday's reception clears at 7:00 PM, so the arrival night ends earlier than the other two.
The Shape Of The Three Days
Tuesday is the settling day: registration, lunch and a two-hour reception. Wednesday and Thursday repeat one frame. Doors open at 9:00 AM, a two-hour plenary runs from 10:00 AM, lunch runs at noon, two afternoon streams run from 1:00 PM, and the evening block runs to 10:00 PM.
Two published clocks sit inside other published clocks. On both main days the Demo ARENA opens at 12:30 PM inside the noon lunch hour, and the 1:00 PM session start lands in the same window. One lunch window runs across all three days, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
