Two Published Windows
NTEA dates Work Truck Week 2027 to March 9-12, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The venue's own event record carries March 10-12, 2027 for the same event. The second window covers the exhibit hall's three published days.
The week carries four published blocks. Future Truck Summit opens on Tuesday, March 9. The educational program runs March 9-11. The Work Truck Week Ride and Drive runs March 10-11. The Work Truck Show exhibit hall runs March 10-12.
The Summit Opens The Week
Future Truck Summit is NTEA's commercial vehicle technology conference. It kicks off Work Truck Week on March 9, 2027 and holds the JW Marriott Indianapolis on the Tuesday of the week. The exhibit hall opens the following day.
NTEA develops the program with NAFA Fleet Management Association. The format is a keynote address and general sessions in the morning, lunch, and a choice of breakouts in the afternoon. The conference ran first in 2009 as Green Truck Summit.
Arrival And Departure Nights
A Tuesday arrival against the Friday close of the hall books three nights: March 9, 10 and 11. A Monday, March 8 arrival adds a fourth night ahead of the summit.

The Airport Run And The Floor
The venue's own footer gives 15 minutes to the Indianapolis International Airport. The same footer counts 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance of the building.
Skywalks And Rooms Near The Floor
The convention center reports 4,700 rooms connected to the building by skywalk and 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis. More than half of the downtown rooms sit within blocks of the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Visit Indy publishes 5,200 rooms connected at 12 hotels and more than 10,000 rooms within walking distance of the center. The JW Marriott Indianapolis carries 1,005 rooms and 104,482 square feet of meeting space, and it anchors Marriott IndyPlace, five interconnected Marriott brand hotels with 2,276 rooms.

The Prior Edition
The 2026 edition ran March 10-13, 2026 at the same venue. Green Truck Summit took March 10 as a full-day conference, the educational sessions ran March 10-12, and the exhibit hall was open March 11-13.
The Opening Reception was held March 10 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Generation Next Leadership Workshop and Networking Reception ran March 11. The NTEA Annual Meeting ran March 12 with breakfast. The Ride and Drive and the New Exhibitor Pavilion ran March 11-12.
Work Truck Week is NTEA's annual commercial vehicle gathering. The event site counts 500-plus exhibitors across the show floor. The venue publishes a 14,000 attendance forecast for the 2027 edition.
