One Day At Moscone Center
The 47th Annual NPH Affordable Housing Conference filled one day at Moscone Center in San Francisco. The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California held it on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Doors opened at 8 a.m., and the day ended at 5:30 p.m.

Registration opened at 8 a.m. Morning refreshments ran to 9:15 a.m. Workshop Session I ran 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. The keynote plenary ran the next two hours, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch ran 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Workshop Session II ran 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. The afternoon break ran 2:45 to 3:15 p.m. Workshop Session III ran 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. The networking reception ran 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The Openings In The Day
Three open stretches sit beside the schedule. The first runs before 8 a.m. registration. The second is the 30-minute afternoon break between Session II and Session III. Arriving And Leaving
Moscone Center has no on-site parking. The venue's directions page sends Moscone North and South arrivals to BART or MUNI at Montgomery station, Moscone West arrivals to Powell station and Caltrain riders to the station at 4th and Townsend Streets.
The Block Terms
NPH publishes no hotel block, no room rate and no booking cut-off for the conference. Registration for the 2026 edition is closed on the organiser's conference page.
