ATD OrgDev 2026 runs at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225. The Association for Talent Development lists the conference for Tuesday 29 September to Thursday 1 October 2026.
The schedule at a glance gives each day its shape. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Breakfast runs 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. on all three days. Tuesday closes with a general session from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Wednesday carries a reception from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday ends with the conference wrap-up from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
A Monday arrival puts the delegation in place before a Tuesday morning start. Thursday leaves the afternoon open ahead of an evening flight home.
The Airline Windows
ATD publishes three airline discounts, each naming Indianapolis International Airport as the arrival and departure point.
Southwest sells discounted fares through SWABIZ for travel 26 September to 4 October 2026.
United takes meeting code ZRVK140770 for travel 27 September to 5 October 2026. The United Meetings desk answers 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday, on 800-426-1122.
Delta takes meeting event code NY4CZ for travel 24 September to 6 October 2026. Conferences and Events answers 1.800.328.1111, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern.

The Two Block Hotels
ATD holds rooms at two properties at $195 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis sits at 1 S Capitol Ave and connects to the Indiana Convention Center by walking tunnels. The Westin Indianapolis sits at 241 W Washington Street and connects to the convention center and to Circle Centre Mall.
The discounted rate ran through 3 September 2026, subject to availability. That date has passed, so the two properties quote their own availability for the conference week.
The Transfer In From the Airport
The Indiana Convention Center lists the airport 15 minutes away. Indianapolis International's Ground Transportation Center sits on the first floor of the Terminal Garage and connects to bus service, car rental, taxi, Uber and Lyft, hotel courtesy vehicles and limousines. Curbside taxis wait outside Baggage Claim.
The Maryland Street canopy is the venue's recommended pick-up and drop-off point for taxis downtown. The venue notes that access to it can be restricted during certain events, so confirm the pickup against the week's event calendar.

Rooms Inside the Skywalk
The convention district counts 7,100 hotel rooms downtown, of which 4,700 connect to the convention center by skywalk. More than half of downtown's rooms sit within blocks of the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
The skywalk locks down at about 11:00 p.m. and reopens at about 6:00 a.m. The venue states both times are event-dependent, so confirm the week's schedule with the hotel.
The Evenings
Tuesday holds no official evening event, so the delegation picks its own dinner. Wednesday's reception runs to 6:00 p.m. and pushes a group dinner past that hour. Thursday's afternoon is open before the flight.
The venue counts 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance of the convention district.
The Indianapolis Cultural Trail runs 10 miles and links six cultural districts downtown, with Pacers Bikeshare stations along the route. It is the Thursday afternoon option that needs no vehicle.
Registration
Standard full-conference registration is $1,525 for ATD members and $1,725 for nonmembers. ATD publishes a team rate at $1,450 for members and $1,650 for nonmembers, and a government rate at $1,475 and $1,675.
