Friday 22 January: the arrival day
The event sets the arrival day. Required pre-tournament check-in runs 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, 22 January 2027, in Hall F at the Indiana Convention Center. Rosters must be complete in AES by Thursday, 21 January. The organiser states that no late check-in runs on Saturday morning. Groups and multi-team clubs can check in together.
The check-in window runs six hours. A family landing at Indianapolis International Airport in the afternoon has the evening to reach Hall F. The convention center lists 15 minutes from the airport to downtown. Visit Indy's Wholesale District page gives the same drive as approximately 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport via I-70.
The extra Friday night
The block's base window covers the night of 23 January. Every property card on the event's housing platform carries the same line. An extra night, 22 January, can be added at booking, subject to availability. The Friday night is the add-on, and the published check-in window falls on it.
The block lists 107 properties at rates from $115 a night with a $12.00 booking fee per reservation. The organiser requires all out-of-town teams to reserve through its designated housing company under the Tournament Advantage Program. The organiser states that reservations made directly with a hotel do not count toward the participation requirement. Housing opened at 9 a.m. Eastern on 1 September 2026.
A read of the live block on 24 September 2026 returned 107 cards. Of those, 105 carried a sold-out badge, and the room-type rows inside the cards read "None left" 198 times. Two properties could take a booking. Conrad Hilton Downtown Indianapolis, 0.4 miles from the hall, listed a King room at $312 behind two- and three-night minimums. Signia by Hilton Indianapolis Convention Center, 0.2 miles out, held six rooms left in a Club Signia Suite at $583. Standard check-in is 4:00 p.m., and guests must be 21 or older to check in.
The skywalk route
The convention center connects to 4,700 downtown hotel rooms by climate-controlled skywalk. That count is the venue's, and Visit Indy repeats it on its Wholesale District page. A family staying on the connected system reaches the hall on foot indoors.
The venue states the skywalk clock as event-dependent. Its rule of thumb is a lockdown near 11:00 p.m. and a reopening near 6:00 a.m.

Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January
The event runs two days, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January 2027, across Exhibit Hall A-K. The venue forecasts 20,000 attendance. The hosts are the Capitol Sports Center and Circle City Volleyball.
The organiser publishes a partial start list. The Tentative Start Times panel reads 8AM for All Open divisions and 8AM or 11AM for All Premier divisions. A third heading reads 2:30PM and names no divisions under it. The schedule link on the event site reads TBA, so court assignments and match counts are unpublished.
Three terms shape the days. Each team is guaranteed 5 or 6 matches depending on age and division. Age divisions run 11s through 18s. The facility bars outside food, coolers, noise makers, music amplifiers, chairs and unapproved signs, and security confiscates unattended bags left in the hallways. Admission terms for 2027 read TBA.
Between sessions: where to eat
The venue puts 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance, and its dining guide reads more than 200 restaurants downtown alone. Three addresses sit inside the Wholesale District. St. Elmo Steak House is at 127 S. Illinois St. Social Cantina is at 148 S. Illinois St. Cafe Patachou is at 225 W. Washington St. Visit Indy publishes each of the three in its dining directory.
A Sunday finish and an extra day
The event closes on Sunday, 24 January. A family adding a day has published options. The Indianapolis Cultural Trail runs 10 miles and links six downtown cultural districts. Pacers Bikeshare publishes more than 50 bike stations on and near the trail.
Visit Indy lists day drives from downtown. Columbus is 45 miles out, Bloomington 53, Fair Oaks 109 and French Lick with West Baden 124.
Visit Indy lists the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at 1 Monument Circle and describes Shining A Light there as a seasonally themed light presentation and a nightly signature salute.
Two entry deadlines appear on the organiser's own pages. The Registration panel gives 11/01/2026 for entry fees received with a completed entry form. The Features panel gives January 1st, 2027. Registration opened 15 September at noon Eastern through OttoEvent. The entry fee is $600.
