One ticket, five events
Indiana Black Expo prints the offer on its football page: ONE TICKET. FIVE EVENTS. ALL DAY ACCESS. The five are two girls flag football matchups, two boys varsity showcase games and the HBCU Battle of the Bands, all on the Lucas Oil Stadium field on Saturday 26 September 2026.
The organiser dates the stadium day 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The venue dates it 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The South Street tailgate runs to 10:00 p.m.
The clock, hour by hour
8:00 a.m. The South parking lot opens.
9:00 a.m. The ticket office opens, and the gates open.
10:00 a.m. Girls flag football matchup one runs to 11:15 a.m. Crispus Attucks meets Arsenal Tech.
10:00 a.m. The Black Business Training Institute Networking Forum opens in the Blue Room and runs to 2:00 p.m.
11:00 a.m. Education Day and the College Fair open. The venue runs the fair to 2:30 p.m. in the Upper East Club Lounge. The organiser runs it to 4:00 p.m. in the East Lounge.
11:30 a.m. Girls flag football matchup two runs to 12:45 p.m. Lawrence North meets Ben Davis.
12:00 p.m. The tailgate and fan festival open on South Street and run to 10:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. The Day Party opens in the Upper West Club and runs to 5:00 p.m. The organiser sets the entry age at 21 and over. The Greek Stroll-Off Competition runs inside it, with $1,000 for a first place finish in each division. A Day Party ticket includes access to the game, on the organiser's line.
1:00 p.m. The first showcase warms up. Pre-game ceremonies run at 1:45 p.m., and kick-off is at 2:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. The HBCU Battle of the Bands runs to 6:00 p.m. with Talladega College, Kentucky State University and Miles College.
6:00 p.m. The second showcase warms up. Pre-game ceremonies run at 6:45 p.m., kick-off is at 7:00 p.m., and the field programme closes at 9:00 p.m.
Two things start at 10:00 a.m.
The Classic Parade starts at 10:00 a.m. from American Legion Mall and runs through downtown. The gates open at 9:00 a.m. and the first kick-off is at 10:00 a.m. A visitor cannot hold both. The organiser's parade page states nearly 100,000 spectators gather each year.
Cashless, and a clear bag
Lucas Oil Stadium is a cashless venue. The clear bag policy is in effect for this event. The venue publishes both rules on the event page and links its own clear bag policy page, parking page, A-Z guide and guest conduct rules.
Where to sleep
The official block ran through Visit Indy on Passkey with a 24-27 September 2026 window, three nights. It is closed. The page reads WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED and names four properties with addresses and phone numbers: Embassy Suites Plainfield and Indianapolis, Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport, Hyatt House Downtown Indianapolis and Wyndham Indianapolis Airport. It publishes no rate.
Visit Indy states that many downtown properties connect by climate-controlled skywalk.
Arriving, parking and the next day
The stadium is at 500 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225, on 317-262-8600. The South parking lot opens at 8:00 a.m., an hour before the gates. The venue links its own parking page off the event page.
The venue's events listing carries Colts vs Houston Texans on Sunday 27 September at 1:00 p.m. The checkout morning carries an NFL home game at the same stadium.
If you arrive on Friday
Friday 25 September carries four dated items on the organiser's Calendar of Events sheet. The Coaches Luncheon runs 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Gate Plaza. Talent Day runs 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the East Lounge. The Pep Rally runs 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on South Street. The DJG Indy FunkFest runs at 7:00 p.m. at Clowes Hall.
