A three-day meet in the middle of downtown
The 35th Annual DeVeau’s Circle of Stars Gymnastics Invitational runs January 29 to 31, 2027. The Indiana Convention Center sits at 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, 46225, and its telephone number is (317) 262-3400. The venue assigns Exhibit Hall I-K and publishes a forecast of 5,000 attendees.
Three women’s gyms and one men’s gym run on AAI equipment. Women compete at Levels 2 through 10, men at Levels 3 through 10 and in Men’s GymACT, and Xcel athletes at all levels.
The drive from the airport
The venue publishes a 15-minute transfer from Indianapolis International Airport. A road route from the airport to the convention center measures 22.6 kilometres and 26 minutes at free flow on a 24 September 2026 read.
Visit Indy publishes more than 73,000 parking spots downtown and 688 charging stations in the Indianapolis area, 109 of them free to use.
The organiser’s two maps
The organiser’s directions page links a parking map and a skywalk map as downloads.
The parking map runs two pages and lists 29 downtown garages and lots. The entries carry street addresses and telephone numbers, and no entry carries a rate.
The skywalk map runs one page and carries the Downtown Indy 2014 drawing. Its own text describes the skywalks as a route through downtown restaurants, performing arts, entertainment, sports and museums while staying indoors.
Walking under cover
The venue publishes its skywalk hours as event-dependent, with a rule of thumb of a lock down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and a re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m.
The venue publishes 4,700 of downtown’s 7,100 hotel rooms connected by skywalk. Visit Indy publishes 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected to the convention center.
The organiser’s own copy places Embassy Suites a short walk from the convention center via skywalk and a 10-minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium. Crowne Plaza’s copy places it within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Where families stay
The organiser names three event hotels. Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Downtown sits at 130 S. Pennsylvania Street. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown sits at 110 West Washington Street. Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station sits at 123 West Louisiana St.
Each hotel carries a group booking link. The Hyatt Place link carries group code G-CC27. The Crowne Plaza link carries group code C7Q with its check-in day set to the 28th. Rates sit behind each booking flow.

The schedule gap
No session times appear on any organiser page. The site carries the dates, the venue, the levels, the awards, the hotel list and the registration steps.
Registration runs in three steps: an athlete registration through USA Gymnastics, a fee total on the organiser’s payment worksheet, and an online payment with no fee for an eCheck.
Two deadlines sit inside the family calendar. Scratches and refunds close November 16, 2026, 74 days before opening day. Level changes close December 14, 2026 and depend on available space. Payment in full is required at registration, and unpaid spots are released to a waitlist.
The Friday crowd
The venue’s event feed lists three events on Friday, January 29. Dot Foods closes a business meeting at 2,000, Circle of Stars opens at 5,000 and RxHealing opens at 2,000. The three total 9,000 forecast attendees.
Sunday, January 31 carries Circle of Stars at 5,000, RxHealing at 2,000 and The Indianapolis Royal Weekend at 1,250.
Two scholarships
The booster club awards two scholarships of $1,500, one to a senior female athlete and one to a senior male athlete competing at the 2027 meet. Plans to compete as a college gymnast are not a requirement. The application carries an essay, two letters of recommendation and an official transcript showing a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
