A One-Day Forum on 7 October
The Indiana Chamber of Commerce holds its second annual Emerging Leaders Forum on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. The venue, the Indiana Convention Center at 100 South Capitol Ave, lists the same event as the Emerging Leaders' Summit. Doors open at 8:30 a.m., the programme adjourns at 4:45 p.m., and the venue forecasts 220 attendees.

Where to Park
Denison Parking operates every Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium lot. The venue accepts pre-paid parking online for both buildings, and Denison arranges specialty and long-term parking on (317) 916-1760.

Skywalk hours follow the event calendar. The venue publishes a rule of thumb of a lockdown at about 11:00 p.m. and a reopening at about 6:00 a.m.
The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis adds a climate-controlled skywalk link to the Center's south campus and to Lucas Oil Stadium. The venue's expansion page dates that project to December 2026, about two months after this forum.
Inside the Day
Rooms 231 through 239 each hold 210 people theatre-style, 80 at banquet rounds and 120 in classroom set. Each room is 1,785 square feet with a 15-foot ceiling, according to the venue's Facility Guide. The nine rooms together offer 1,890 theatre seats and 720 banquet seats.

Monument Circle sits 744 metres from the Center on straight-line measurement. The Soldiers and Sailors Monument there was completed in 1901 and stands 284 feet 6 inches tall. Its observation deck reopened in August 2026 after renovations and is reached by stairs or elevator from the interior.
