Monday, February 8
Pre-conference workshops run this day at $299 before January 16 and $399 from that date. The day closes with the Welcome Reception and Expo Preview from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the Expo Hall, which the organiser lists in Hall H. Hors d'oeuvres and a host bar are provided.
A full conference registration covers February 8-10 at $599 before January 16 and $699 after. The Two Days option covers February 8-9 or February 9-10 at $499 and $599.
Tuesday, February 9
The Safety Expo runs 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., eight and a half hours. The organiser's exhibitors page listed 47 companies by name on 24 September 2026. Its programme page describes the show as 100-plus leading companies and offers Expo Bingo prizes of $750, $350 and $200.
Two expo features hold Hall H for the full day: the Magid Innovation Lounge, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Well-Being Resource Hub, also 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. A Spotlight session, Safety on the Runway, runs during expo lunch. Complimentary chair massages run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Hall H, booked at the provider's booth, with limited spots.
An Expo-only pass for this day costs $129. A one-day registration for February 9 costs $399 before January 16 and $499 after.
The day closes with a Networking Reception from 5 to 6 p.m. in the 500 Ballroom Reception Room, with light appetizers and a host bar.
Wednesday, February 10
The Governor's Workplace Safety Awards Luncheon runs 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in the 500 Ballroom, 75 minutes. Registration for the luncheon is included with every February 10 registration. For attendees not registered that day, a table of ten costs $899 and an individual ticket $99. The Central Indiana Chapter of ASSP and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce present the awards in partnership with the Indiana Department of Labor, and the programme also honours Everyday Safety Heroes and Safety Compliance Specialist Certificate recipients.
A one-day registration for February 10 costs $399 before January 16 and $499 after. Student registration for February 9-10 costs $99 and requires a .edu email address plus enrollment of at least 12 undergraduate credits or nine graduate credits in the spring semester.

Getting to Hall H
The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the official hotel, at One S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The organiser asks guests to reserve online by January 15 for the conference rate. The property connects to the Indiana Convention Center by skywalk, and the organiser lists its Expo Hall events in Hall H. A per-hall route from the hotel is not published.
Parking is not validated at any location, including at the Hyatt Regency, and the organiser states no affiliation with an outside travel agency. Four garages sit in the organiser's published list: Circle Centre Mall, PNC Center and Hyatt Regency parking, Capitol Commons underground, and Plaza Park at the southeast corner of Capitol Avenue and Maryland Street.
The venue opens and closes its skywalks on an event-dependent schedule. Its published rule of thumb is a lockdown near 11 p.m. and a reopening near 6 a.m. Hall H holds 74,400 square feet of floor, per Visit Indy.
