Getting in
The venue puts Indianapolis International Airport 15 minutes from the center.
Where to stay
Downtown holds 7,100 hotel rooms, and the venue states that more than half of them sit within blocks of the center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Of the downtown total, 4,700 rooms connect to the center by skywalk.
The route in from a downtown hotel
The venue publishes a Skywalk Connections map of the downtown hotels and the network. Skywalk access runs on an event-dependent clock. The venue's rule of thumb is lock-down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m. Plan the evening and the late return inside that window, and confirm any enclosed route with the hotel at booking.
Three groups in the building
The American Dental Association Scientific Sessions run 8 to 10 October at a forecast 4,000. The ABC Health & Fitness Expo takes Exhibit Hall A on Saturday 10 October, with doors 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a forecast 2,000. Downtown hotels and restaurants carry all three groups across those days. The venue calendar lists 16 events starting between 22 September and 15 October 2026.
