Eight show days over two weekends
The Ford Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show runs February 19-21 and February 24-28, 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. Eight public days split into two runs, with Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 dark between them.
The organiser's own hub at indysportshow.com sets the hunting expo at February 19-21 and February 26-28, 2027 and the Motorcycle & Powersports Expo at the boat show's pair. One ticket covers whatever sits open on the day of the visit.
The ticket table prices general adult admission at $16.00, children aged 6 to 12 at $10.00 and children aged 5 and under at no charge. A two-day ticket costs $26.00 and covers any two separate-day adult admissions across the three expos, limited to one entrant scan per day.
Three door clocks, three closing clocks
Doors open at 1 p.m. on Friday 19 February, at 10 a.m. on both Saturdays and both Sundays, and at noon on Wednesday 24, Thursday 25 and Friday 26.
The floor closes at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
The eight days carry 63 floor hours. The first run carries 24 and the second carries 39, at an average of 7.9 hours a day.
Two published clocks set the overnight rest. The 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday close sits 14 hours ahead of the next 10 a.m. door. The Sunday 21 close of 5 p.m. sits 67 hours ahead of the Wednesday 24 noon door, because Monday and Tuesday are dark.
The two-night stay the shuttle sets
The venue states that shuttles run Saturdays and Sundays only. The show's own site repeats it as "Shuttle Stop Sat-Sun Only". Shuttle access ties the visit to a weekend.
A Saturday arrival and a Monday departure gives two nights and covers both shuttle days of one weekend. The shape serves either pair: Saturday 20 with Sunday 21, or Saturday 27 with Sunday 28.
One two-night stay covers one weekend pair. Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 are dark, so a visitor who wants both weekend pairs books two separate two-night stays.
Parking on the campus is $10 per vehicle. The venue names the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street, and posts 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. hours on the two named lots against the 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday close. Accessible parking sits in the southeast and west corners of the infield, in the South Lot, in the Indiana School for the Deaf Lot and behind the Indiana Arts Building.
Rideshare drop-off is 3773 Woodland Avenue, through Gate 7 on 38th Street. IndyGo Routes 4 and 39 and the Purple Line stop at the Main Gate on 38th Street at $1.75 a ride or $4 for an all-day pass, with reduced fare for riders 18 and under and 65 and over.
The Travel and Tourism Pavilion
The pavilion covers 50,000 square feet. The organiser states that many of its exhibitors are the actual owners or operators of the lodges, resorts, camps and facilities they represent, and that dealing direct keeps more of the traveller's money in the traveller's pocket.
The pavilion description covers private, local, state and national travel professionals with destinations across the United States, various Canadian provinces and South Africa. The organiser's exhibitor list for the 2026 edition names Century Lodge, Big North Lodge & Outposts, Cedar Ridge Outfitters, Gold Arrow Camp Ltd, Camp Quetico Inc, Canoe Canada Outfitters, Blue Bank Resort, Conley Bottom Resort and Patoka 4 Seasons Resort.
The Indy Sport Show Travel Cafe sits in the same run of floor. The organiser describes it as an area to eat and to sit with the seminar speakers, with topics that stretch from motorcycle trail riding to family and adult getaway spots.
What each weekend day buys
Each weekend pair runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Sunday, for 17 hours. The four weekend days carry 34 of the 63 floor hours, or 54.0 percent of the run.
The midweek days carry the rest. Wednesday 24, Thursday 25 and Friday 26 run 22 hours between them, at a noon door and closes of 7 p.m. on the first two and 8 p.m. on the third.
The organiser publishes no per-day attendance figure for the show. No day can be ranked for crowd size from the published pages.
Pets, and the one published exception
The show's prices page carries the line "PETS NOT ALLOWED IN THE EVENT" with no exception printed beside it. The organiser's 2027 exhibitor information guide carries the same subject as an instruction to exhibitors: "Exhibitors are not permitted to bring pets or live animals into the Show; except for service and/or guide dogs that are wearing the appropriate identifying vest, tag, or collar."
The attendee pages repeat the bar and publish no exception.
The unpublished lines
The organiser publishes no attendance figure for the 2027 edition, and the venue publishes none. The 2027 programme is unpublished. The show-program page reads "Stay Tuned for Our 2026 Program", and the daily-schedule page's dated rows still carry the prior edition. The five host properties on the lodging page publish rates with 2026 guaranteed-until dates, so the 2027 block has no published rate and no published cut-off.
