Four Nights, Wednesday To Saturday
PASIC 2026 opens Wednesday 11 November and closes Saturday 14 November at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue. The housing block's inventory window runs from 8 or 9 November through 16 November, so a Tuesday 10 November arrival sits inside the published window.
The organiser's own clocks set four nights. Badge pickup opens at 5 p.m. Wednesday and runs to 9 p.m. The Saturday registration desk runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the Saturday expo hall runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closing concert starts at 6 p.m. Saturday. A Saturday departure misses the closing set and the final floor hours. A Sunday 15 November departure meets all three clocks.
Wednesday: Pickup, Then The First Concert
The registration desk opens 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Wednesday. The first evening concert starts at 8 p.m. on the Mainstage, with Joy Lapps and Larnell Lewis. Three hours separate the first pickup minute from the downbeat.
The FAQ states on-site registration is available at the PASIC registration desk beginning at 5 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the event. The Four-Day Badge covers Wednesday 11 November through Saturday 14 November. The One-Day Badge covers Thursday through Saturday.
Thursday: Expo Floor, Hearing Tests, Banquet
The expo hall runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Thursday. The PAS Gift Shop runs the same window across Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Music Tech Petting Zoo runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hearing tests run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Thursday.
The PAS Awards Banquet runs 6 to 8 p.m. in Room 109. Tickets are 70 dollars each, 700 dollars for a table of ten, and 1,000 dollars for a premium table of ten. 250 tickets are available. Sales close 2 November or when the tickets sell out. The plated dinner covers salad, an entree and dessert, with a hosted bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks. The entree options are pesto roasted chicken, chipotle glazed salmon, and oven roasted portobella mushroom.
The Thursday evening concert starts at 8 p.m. The banquet's published close is the same minute. The Ju Percussion Group marks its 40th anniversary on the Mainstage.
Friday And Saturday
Friday repeats the 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. expo window. The petting zoo runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the registration desk runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Friday evening concert is Michael Burritt and the Burritt Percussion Group with Eriko Daimo and Ivan Trevino, at 8 p.m. on the Mainstage.
Saturday holds the closing set at 6 p.m., with Sheila E. on the Mainstage. That set starts two hours earlier than the other three evening concerts.
The Skywalk Route From The Block
The venue publishes 4,700 of downtown Indianapolis's 7,100 hotel rooms as connected to the Convention Center by skywalk. Its skywalk page states that the closing and opening time for the facility and the skywalks is event-dependent, with a rule of thumb of a lock down at about 11 p.m. and a reopening at about 6 a.m.
Seven properties in the PASIC block publish a direct connection in their own description on the official housing site. Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Indianapolis describes sky bridge access to the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown describes a sky-walk to the Convention Center and a direct link to Circle Centre Mall. Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown describes a skywalk connecting the hotel to the Convention Center. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis describes a connection to the Convention Center. Indianapolis Marriott Downtown describes a climate-controlled skywalk link. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown describes a skybridge to Circle Centre Mall and the Convention Center. The Westin Indianapolis describes a covered sky-bridge to both the Convention Center and Circle Centre Mall.
The JW Marriott Indianapolis description places the property among the five Marriott hotels linked to the Convention Center.
The block publishes a walking distance for each property. Seven sit inside a quarter mile. The Westin Indianapolis is 0.03 miles, or 43 metres. Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is 0.07 miles, or 119 metres. JW Marriott Indianapolis is 0.12 miles, or 191 metres. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is 0.18 miles, or 282 metres. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown is 0.18 miles, or 295 metres. Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown is 0.23 miles, or 378 metres. Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre is 0.24 miles, or 381 metres.
Before The Trip
Online registration closes 29 October. Refunds run through 29 October with a 50 dollar cancellation fee, and none after that date. A replacement four-day badge costs 100 dollars and a replacement one-day badge costs 50 dollars. Combo tickets at 50 dollars and expo hall wristbands at 25 dollars go on sale 1 October.
The programme carries concerts, clinics, masterclasses, labs, workshops, panels and presentations across the four days, and the society publishes the list with a note that it is subject to change. The programme runs on Indianapolis Eastern time. The society's office answers at 317-974-4488.
