Three days across two buildings
The PRI Trade Show runs Thursday 10 to Saturday 12 December 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The show floor opens at 9 a.m. each day and closes at 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday, which is 23 hours across the three days. Exhibitors and media enter the floor from 7 to 9 a.m. Thursday and 8 to 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Badge pricing across three windows
A badge costs $45 for registration from 21 July to 2 October 2026, $55 from 3 October to 9 December, and $65 on the show days of 10 to 12 December. PRI states that no membership is required for 2026 and that the show remains trade-only for qualified motorsports professionals.
Registration hours across the week
Registration opens Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 December from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for exhibitors only. Wednesday 9 December runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all attendees. On show days it runs 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Day one: the badge, then Machinery Row
The registration clock opens at 7 a.m. Thursday, two hours before the floor. Machinery Row is where the race shop machining equipment sits, with more than 100 shop machinery manufacturers side by side and wired for live demonstrations, and the organiser marks it for any racing professional planning to make a machinery purchase. The organiser's destinations list also carries Trailer and Motorcoach Exhibits, Hammertown, PRI Paddock, T.O.P.S. HQ and NextGen Connect, which is new for 2026.
Day two: the education block
PRI Education seminars run in the Indiana Convention Center meeting rooms on the Friday of the show, and admission covers them. Business management, inventory control, social media, content creation, networking and sales strategies are among the topics the programme covers. The 2026 lineup is not published: the seminar page reads Accepting Speakers February 2027, so the session list arrives after that intake. The organiser's Show Planner is where exhibitors, sessions and events are saved once they post.
Day three: the trailers at the stadium
The Trailer Exhibits sit in the Lucas Oil Stadium exhibit area, which the organiser describes as contiguous to the Indiana Convention Center. Saturday carries the shortest floor at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Nights, and the shuttle for outlying properties
Wednesday 9 December is the first registration day open to all attendees, so a Wednesday arrival and a Saturday departure covers three nights. A Thursday arrival and a Sunday departure covers three nights as well. The complimentary shuttle picks up curbside on Maryland Street and serves the airport and Plainfield properties. Route 1 covers Wyndham Airport at 2544 Executive Drive, Delta Hotel Airport at 5860 Fortune Circle West, Hyatt Place Airport at 5500 West Bradbury Avenue and one stop shared by Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn at 5220 West Southern Avenue. Route 2 covers Embassy Suites Plainfield at 6089 Clarks Creek Road and Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport at 2501 South High School Road. Thursday's windows are 6:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday's are 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday's are 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., with no service through the middle of each day.
Between the days
Thursday closes at 5 p.m. and Friday opens at 9 a.m., a 16-hour reset, and the same 16 hours separates Friday's close from Saturday's open. Coat check at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium runs 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The media center runs 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The press conference center runs 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
