Monday is the badge day
Badge pickup for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 opens Monday 12 October, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Moscone West. The published agenda carries the window under early badge pickup and states that no sessions run that day.
The badge carries the name on the government-issued photo identification. A lost badge costs 45 dollars to reprint on site, and each badge belongs to one person, checked at the conference doors every day.
A delegate who checks in on Monday 12 October and out on Friday 16 October holds four nights. A Tuesday 13 October arrival with a Friday checkout is three.
