Four Days in Indianapolis, February 22-25
The WWETT Show takes the Indiana Convention Center for February 22-25, 2027. The venue sits at 100 South Capitol Ave. The Indiana Convention Center publishes a forecast of 14,000 attendees for the week.
Informa Markets runs the show. The organiser publishes two hour grids for the same four days. One covers the conference track and one covers the expo hall.
The Published Hours
Expo hall hours run Tuesday February 23 and Wednesday February 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday February 25 closes at 1:00 p.m. That is 20 expo hours across three days.
Conference hours run Monday February 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday February 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday February 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday February 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. That is 25 conference hours across four days.
Tuesday puts the floor first and the classroom second. Wednesday starts the classroom at 8:30 a.m. and the floor at 9:00 a.m.
Thursday runs short on both tracks. The conference closes at 11:00 a.m. and the expo hall at 1:00 p.m. The span from the first Thursday start to the last Thursday close is four and a half hours.
The Floor
The organiser puts the expo hall at more than 315,000 square feet. Its supplier count reads 550 or more, across 20 or more industries and 44 or more countries.
The expo hall floor plan page carries a second scale line: "over 300,000 square feet of exhibit space and 500+ leading brands".

Where the Block Sits
onPeak runs the official hotel programme. The WWETT Show names onPeak as its only endorsed hotel provider. The organiser's hotel page states that the negotiated rates "typically average 30% less" than other travel sites.
The gallery priced 23 downtown properties on 24 September 2026. The band ran from $169 to $270 a night. Four nights at the floor of the band totals $676, and four nights at the top totals $1,080.
Three properties hold the gallery's closest distance at 0.1 miles: the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, Le Meridien Indianapolis and Signia by Hilton Indianapolis. Two sit furthest out at 0.7 miles: Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown-Convention Center and Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown.
Availability moves with the arrival night. On the four-night window from Sunday February 21, three properties read no rooms: JW Marriott Indianapolis, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and The Westin Indianapolis. On the three-night window from Monday February 22, JW Marriott Indianapolis alone reads no rooms.

The Skywalk Network
The venue publishes 7,100 hotel rooms downtown and 4,700 rooms connected to the Center by skywalk. The same footer carries 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport.
The venue's skywalks page states the closing and opening clock is event-dependent. It gives a rule of thumb: a lock down near 11:00 p.m. and a reopening near 6:00 a.m.
The organiser publishes a downtown map alongside the hotel list. Confirm the building's own access hours onto the network at check-in before planning a return across it after the evening sessions.
After the Floor
The WWETT Show publishes a ticket discount for the Indianapolis Zoo at more than 35 percent off the standard price. The offer sits on the organiser's travel page.
The same page gives the dining picture at more than 300 dining and nightlife options across the city. The Center's own count is 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance.
The organiser lists tours for the post-show day and points shopping beyond the mall into the city's cultural districts.

The conference track holds four nights, Sunday February 21 through Thursday February 25. The Monday session opens at 9:00 a.m.
The expo track holds three nights, Monday February 22 through Thursday February 25. The floor opens Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
