Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before 4 p.m. on the arrival day to avoid a one-night fee. The Big Four releases main dining room reservations 14 days out on a daily rolling basis at midnight, and it shows availability for parties of six or fewer. Parties of seven or more and private event inquiries go through the hotel by email. The hotel prioritises guest dining reservations made at least 30 days ahead of the stay. Dinner reservations carry a credit card, and a no-show inside 24 hours can cost up to $50 a person.
The nightly Residential Fee is $45 plus taxes. It covers cable car passes, fitness classes, the town car drop-off, a welcome beverage and a fresh-cut stem flower in the room.
