The construction frame the city publishes
The Fall 2026 Upcoming Development Projects Forecast, last updated 14 September 2026, sets the schedule. Parcel E1.2's behavioral health building starts in November 2026 and finishes in July 2028 at an estimated $70 million, with Cahill as general contractor and Mercy Housing with the San Francisco Department of Public Health as developer.
Six more authority sites sit on the same table. A 100-unit senior building on Parcel E1.2 runs February 2027 to October 2028. Parcel IC4.3 runs June 2027 to May 2029. Parcels B1-B2 and C2.3 open in 2027 and close in 2029. Parcels C2.1 and C3.5 run 2028 to 2030. The document states that its dates and values are projections, are not guaranteed and are subject to change, so treat the range as the planning frame.
The stops that hold
The ferry landing sits inside a park. The operator's FAQ names the green space around the Ferry Landing as Treasure Island Landing, also called the Waterfront Plaza, and its ferry page states that accessible pathways connect the landing to parks, neighborhoods and gathering spaces across the island. A visitor reaches the waterfront on foot.
Cityside Park is the built anchor, at six acres on the western shoreline with lawns, promenades and seating. Eight parks are open across the two islands, and the operator's full-buildout figure is 300 acres of parks and open space with 22 miles of trails. Buckeye Grove, Chapel Grove, Clipper Cove Beach and the Clipper Cove shoreline sit on the island side, and Panorama Park and Signal Point Park sit on Yerba Buena Island.
Eat and drink stops sit inside the same footprint: Aracely Cafe, Mersea Restaurant & Bar, Gold Bar Whiskey Distillery & Tasting Room and Treasure Island Wines. On Saturdays the Off the Grid market runs at Cityside Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. through 17 October 2026.
Arriving without a car
The ferry runs seven days a week from San Francisco Ferry Building Gate B, at $5 each way and $10 round trip, and children under five ride free. The operator states eight minutes on its ferry page and about ten on its getting-here page. Weekday departures from the island run 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the last Gate B sailing leaves at 8:20 p.m. and lands at 8:28 p.m.
Muni's 25-Treasure Island route runs to the Salesforce Transit Center and along the Embarcadero every 20 minutes, every day. The ferry carries up to six bicycles a trip on a first-come basis, and the Muni 25 takes bikes on front-mounted racks. The operator's FAQ puts the Bay Bridge Trail, also called the Alexander Zuckermann Bike Path, at 2.2 miles and open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the descent to Treasure Island down Macalla Road. The return climb reaches a 17 percent grade peaking at 24 percent, and a free shuttle van covers that return trip.
Vehicle access and where parking is published
The getting-here page lists ferry, Muni, bicycle, car and rideshare, and it carries no parking detail. Parking detail sits on the operator's FAQ: dedicated visitor parking near Cityside Park, in front of the Administrative Building, and near the island's restaurants and retail areas, plus metered and unmetered street parking throughout the island.
No parcel-level access, drop-off or parking note appears on the forecast for any of the seven development sites. An itinerary that promises a vehicle stop at a building under construction has no published basis.
Service levels to confirm before you print
One schedule item varies week to week. On Off the Grid Saturdays the operator adds ferries between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Every other figure here comes from the projection document or the operator's published pages. Reconfirm sailings, market dates and venue availability close to the travel date.
